AA Lodge Mara is situated in the heart of the best safari park in Kenya, Maasai Mara Game Reserve in the South Western part of Kenya. It’s located 4 km from Sekenani main gate and 10 minutes drive from Siana Springs Airstrip, only 255kms from Nairobi city, Kenya’s capital.

When you reach the lodge, you will be in the spotlight to view the greatest wildlife movement in the world. The great wildebeest migration usually occurs at Mara River around late July to August with parts of September and again on their return south, around the last two weeks of October through early November.

This famous mid range lodge is seating on 30 acres of land uniquely laid out over the sprawling grounds that include rolling manicured greens, a virtual mini forest of indigenous shrubs and exotic trees, a large swimming pool overlooking the lodge bonfire, the main restaurant and bar.

The lodge has 42 classic tents, 36 cottages, a main restaurant, bar and several dining options. There is a conference hall with a capacity of up to 250 delegates and numerous outdoor venues for dining and leisure. There’s also a lobby at the reception where guests can relax after a long drive to the lodge. While at the lodge, you will receive a cold drink as a welcoming treat and face towels.

The Cottages at the AA Lodge Masai Mara are comfortably furnished with convenient features and amenities.

Room Amenities: Socket near the bed, Drying rack for clothing and Clothes rack.

The Bathroom is equipped with toilet papers, Towels/sheets, Slippers, Bathrobe, Hairdryer and a Shower.

They offer Fruits buffet, Wine/champagne, Kid-friendly buffet, Kid meals, Special diet menus (on request), Breakfast in the room, a Minibar, Tea/Coffee maker etc. The lodge can prepare you Sun downers and bush dinners upon request on an extra fee.

The lodge is safe and secure with no need of worrying while resting in the night. There is 24 hours security around the entire place to keep you safe from any security threat. There are also security measures in place for-example, Fire extinguishers, Smoke alarms, Key card access, Safety deposit box, security guards among others. The entire Camp is surrounded by a 24-hour electric fence and highly trained security personnel.

The lodge has 2 swimming pools open to the residents and visitors at the lodge with amazing views where you can relax as you sip of the finest drinks and wines at from the bar/ mini-bar at the lodge.

There’s also a massage and Fitness/spa room to offer you these services to relax your body after a tiresome game drive. At an extra charge.
