Day1. Welcome to the Pearl of Africa 

7 days Uganda Bird watching and Wildlife safari begins with the transfer your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe for  overnight. This drive-through Kampala is very rewarding, with many attractions along the way such as Lake Victoria, and also historical buildings around Entebbe such as the State House in Uganda.

Day2. Transfer to Lake Mburo national park 

After breakfast, you will transfer to Lake mburo with a stopover at the Equator for breakfast and then proceed to the park arriving in the late afternoon.

Day3. Game drive and bird watching 

After early morning breakfast, head out for the best birding and game viewing opportunities. The morning gifts you with unspoiled nature and a mosaic of habitats, including rock outcrops, savanna, acacia woodlands, bush, forest, swamp, and also lakes supporting rich bird species.

You will also be able to see some animals such as Zebras, Giraffes, Impalas, Elands, Topis, Bushbucks, Warthogs, and Baboons. Return to the lodge for lunch.

After lunch, drive to Rwonyo for an afternoon boat cruise. Here you will be rewarded by some Lake Mburo specials, such as Shoebill, African Finfoot, Pelicans, Herons, Hamerkop, African Fish Eagle, African Darter, Long-tailed Cormorants, and the Pied Kingfisher on this two-hour boat cruise. The boat cruise also offers you a chance to see Hippos, Crocodiles, and Monitor Lizards.

Day4. Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park 

After breakfast, you will transfer to Queen elizabeth national park. upon arrival, you will have lunch, relax and in the evening you will go for a crater drive in search for bird species and wildlife and thereafter, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day5. Morning game drive and boat cruise

wake up early, have breakfast and then go for a game drive in search for bird species and wildlife.

You will be able to watch different bird species including White-browed Coucal, Saddle-billed Stork, Brown Eagle, Western banded snake Eagle, Lizard Buzzard, Tawny Eagle, Bateleur, Helmeted Guinea Fowl, Crested Francolin, Red-Necked spurfowl, Black Cracke, Grey Crowned Crane, Common Fiscal, Grey Heron among others.

Thereafter, you will come back to your lodge for lunch and in the afternoon you will go for a boat cruise along Kazinga channel which gives you an opportunity to watch different bird species i.e Fish eagles, pied kingfisher among others plus wildlife species including crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes and others then return back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day6. Transfer to Kibale National Park with an evening bird watching

After early morning breakfast, transfer to Kibale National Park and do birding within Kibale forest. We will be in search of Kibale’s specials, such as green-breasted Pitta, Black bee-eater, Narina Trogon, Black-capped Apalis, Blue-headed Sunbird, Little greenbul, Brown-chested Allethe, Blue-breasted kingfisher, and also the Crown Eagle. Afterward, drive to the lodge for Lunch, dinner and overnight which marks the climax of your 7 days Uganda Bird watching and Wildlife safari

Day7. Bigodi Swamp walk and transfer to Kampala
